Makes 4 (4-oz.) cocktails
1 c. blueberries, crushed
1/2 c. simple syrup
1 c. ice cubes
½ c. orange juice
¼ c. lime juice
4 fl. oz. tequila
4 fl. oz. blueberry juice
Combine the crushed fresh blueberries in a shaker with the simple syrup and ice; shake to muddle. Add the orange juice, lime juice, and tequila and shake to combine. Strain into ice filled glasses and top with a 1 oz. shot of blueberry juice.
